Records can be ordered by Telephone, Email, Fax or regular mail. When ordering, please give the Label, Number and either Artist or Title. In some orders, one or more desired records might no longer be available, so do not send payment until we notify you as to the status of your order, shipping cost and the final total amount. For payment we accept PayPal*, or Postal Money Orders in US$. We do not, as yet, accept credit cards. However, if you choose to pay via PayPal, they offer a charge option.

The Classical, Other LPs, Pop & Rock and Opera lists include a grading for each recording. Most of these records are in excellent condition, have low surface noise, and no scuffs or scratches that sound.  The Jazz and 10" LP records also have similar quality characteristics but the grading is not listed. Exact grading is available on request.  However, surface noise on older pressings is sometimes higher since poorer grades of vinyl and less sophisticated recording and pressing methods were used. Ratings apply to the records themselves. Although most jackets are in good condition, age takes its toll on older jackets. Individual record grading and jacket condition can be provided on request. All of the records and tapes are guaranteed. You can return any recording that you are not satisfied with for exchange or refund within a period of three weeks after delivery. Shipping costs are not refundable. References available on request.
